Where are the ipaster services currently available?

Our cleaning services are available in the following locations:

Switzerland
Sevelen, Buchs, Sargans, Trübbach, Altstätten, St. Gallen, Wittenbach, Sennwald, Heerbrugg, Grabs

Liechtenstein
Schaan, Vaduz, Triesen

It may be that we are already available at your location, but we have not listed it here yet. To clarify uncertainties, write us a short email to info@ipaster.ch

Is it necessary for me to have detergents at home?

Yes, it is. Our cleaning professionals make use of your private cleaning utensils that you have at home. For us to adequately provide you the service you need, you should provide the following:

  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Mop and bucket
  • All-purpose cleaner
  • Glass cleaner
  • Descaler
  • Toilet cleaner
  • Various cleaning wipes and sponges
  • Cleaning gloves

Do I have to be at home?

No, you don’t have to. You can be present if you want to, but it is not mandatory. We recommend being present at the first cleaning in order to instruct the housecleaner about the most important things. Afterwards it is sufficient to grant us access to your apartment.

I have pets. Is this a problem?

It’s no problem at all. However, not all of our cleaners know how to handle big, exotic or perhaps even dangerous pets. Others have allergic reactions to pets. Please call us or leave a quick note while booking, so that we can choose the right cleaner for you.

A cleaner has damaged something while working. What’s next?

Generally, our employees work with great care. But in case something goes wrong, we are insured by die Mobiliar with a damage sum of up to CHF 5 million. Please take a picture of the damages caused by us during the service and send it to us via e-mail. Please indicate your name as well as the location and date of the cleaning in your e-mail.

I am not satisfied with the cleaning. What can I do?

Please contact our customer service. We want you to be 100% satisfied. Preferably, please send us an e-mail with a picture of the area which has not been properly cleaned by our workers and describe how you want us to improve the service.

What happens after the online booking?

You receive a confirmation mail with all the booking details directly after the booking. Please verify the information and contact us if you have any questions. Your cleaning professional will then be introduced via e-mail in advance and carry out the cleaning on the desired date.

Can I change my order or cancel it?

During business hours you can change or cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the beginning of the order. Please do not hesitate to contact us. Our customer service will be glad to amend your order accordingly. Cancellations or rebookings on short notice (less than 24 hours before the beginning of the order) cost our cleaners valuable work time which is why we then charge you the order.

When is the cleaning specialist available?

From Monday to Sunday as well as on public holidays, our cleaners are at your disposal from 06:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

How much in advance must I book at ipaster?

Usually, we can organize your cleaning within 48 hours. During this time we process your booking and select a cleaner for you. Should you wish to use our service in particular at short term please call us. We will surely find a solution.

What happens if the cleaning duration does not equal the booked hours?

If our professional should take less time for cleaning you will of course be charged the actual devoted working time only. If our cleaner should take longer than expected in order to clean your apartment in accordance with our standards, we will inform you in due time.

Can I trust my cleaner?

Absolutely, you can. We conduct a thorough investigation before hiring someone, to make sure that only the best make it into the team. From the criminal record up to the record of debt collection, we check every single detail. As a reputable employer, we know all of our team members very well and trust each one of them.

Can I book the same cleaning specialist each time?

As long as you are satisfied with our cleaning professional, she becomes and remains your personal cleaner after the first cleaning. However, in exceptional cases such as illness or vacation, it may happen that we need to assign you a new cleaner at short notice. Nevertheless, we would first ask for your permission and the replacement would only remain until the return of your initial cleaner.

How much does an ipaster maintenance cleaning for my home cost?

You can book a maintenance cleaning by ipaster starting from CHF 37.50 an hour. Please note that the minimum effort of an order is two and a half hours.

Is the VAT (Value Added Tax) already included in the price?

Yes, the VAT is already included in the price. Our VAT number is: CHE-499.783.525

Which payment options are available?

We offer you the options to either pay by PayPal, credit card or to pay on account.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes, 24 hours after the order execution an invoice for your booking is sent to your e-mail address.

Can I tip my cleaning professional?

Your cleaning professional will surely be pleased about this expression of your contentment. However, you should not feel obliged to. We do remunerate our employees fairly and thus they do not rely on tips.
